Renting an “all-inclusive” apartment means having the comfort of a designer home without the hassle of bills, local and national taxes, condominium fees.
The apartment rental includes:

The minimum required stay is 2 nights. You can stay in one of our apartments for as long as you want.
At the time of contract acceptance, you will be asked to pay the balance of the first month, while upon arrival you will pay the security deposit. Subsequently, on a monthly basis, you will receive the invoice to be paid by bank transfer or credit card at the reception.
Check-in is after 2 PM, unless otherwise agreed with reception. On your departure day, check-out is scheduled by 11 AM.
Yes, a security deposit is required and the amount varies based on the length of stay. The amount ranges from 1 to 3 monthly payments.
Yes: a tourist tax (according to municipal regulations) and a final cleaning fee are required.
